OUR SERVICESThe Netrix Global Technical Operations Center (TOC) & Technical Escalations Team provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical server support 24/7/365. To expedite and accurately track your request and to better serve your needs, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with the two methods of contact listed. For urgent issues, please contact our TOC via the published phone number. Tickets are responded to according to our service level agreement.
Any issue or request relating to a specific task can either be called in or emailed to the TOC. A case will be created and a technician will be assigned to your case. We recommend that you record your Incident Number for future reference. This will help us locate your ticket easily when you call for updates or information.
We understand that there will be times that you need a little more attention, and you wish to raise the urgency of a ticket. In these circumstances, please call the Technical Operations Center and ask for a manager. Direct management contact is also provided in the event you are not getting what you need.
