Tom has over a decade of IT consulting experience, starting in help desk before moving into specializations like collaboration, private cloud, and Azure. He excels in working to understand clients’ cloud migration goals and develops holistic plans that encompass an end-to-end cloud journey. Tom has expert level knowledge of topics such as endpoint management and security, application modernization, hybrid cloud implementation, and traditional IaaS migrations to Azure.

Tom has helped dozens of clients design and deploy Azure Landing Zones to create and maintain a scalable and secure Azure presence. On top of those Landing Zones, he has developed and implemented hybrid and cloud data center solutions to maximize capabilities, either by maintaining on-premises infrastructure where required, migrating as-is to accelerate cloud adoption, or modernizing applications to be cloud-native to take advantage of true hyperscale capabilities.
In addition to these Landing Zones, Tom assists clients in incorporating core Azure solutions with other components of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange and SharePoint Online, Entra, and Purview. He also ensures the security of both public and private cloud environments using solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
