Rich has held various roles over his career at Netrix Global, spanning evangelism, Presales, Delivery, Solution Development, and now the Office of the CTO. Rich’s brings a unique perspective to our customers, being able to both talk to business and technical leaders, and help translate in such away that can help make technology decisions a reality. Rich has worked on some of the biggest customers of the world deploying Microsoft Security technologies, and has also help business leaders create ROI and Cost Benefit analysis of different security tools and investments.

Rich is often thought of as a leader in all things Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity (SCI), and often Microsoft personnel will leverage that expertise to help identify, plan and execute deployments of the Microsoft 365 SCI stack.

With his current role in the Office of the CTO, specifically with regards to Cybersecurity, he continues these efforts for our customers, and looks to build strong technical relationships in order to be engrained in each customer, being an extension of their team, as well as helping understand and advocate for these technologies.
