In his early years, he excelled as a Senior Systems Engineer and Team Lead, where Michael and his team served a growing base of Clients through design and implementation projects coupled with ongoing onsite & remote support. Over time he led key projects in Datacenter Migrations, Backup/Disaster Recovery, and Private Cloud technologies. His expertise led to his role as Practice Manager for Storage and Data Protection, where he shaped the company’s small &mid-market offerings for Hybrid and Private Cloud solutions.
As his career advanced, Michael took on the role of Sales Engineering Manager then Director, providing high-level architectural guidance and helping clients navigate the complexities of modern IT landscapes. His leadership and vision were further recognized when he became the Director of Business Technology for the Mid-Market Office. In these roles, Michael was pivotal in driving business growth, developing strategic IT solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.
Today, as the Director of Managed Service Enablement, Michael is dedicated to guiding and architecting outsourced IT solutions that ensure seamless, secure, and efficient operations for Netrix’s valued clients. His commitment to client success, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him a key leader in the company’s mission to deliver unparalleled IT support and business productivity.
