Technologies. Netrix Worldwide has signed a definitive agreement to complete the acquisition of Empressem Tech, as announced in a local press conference Monday, October 23. The acquisition, along with most recent Ideamine Technologies, is the largest IT services acquisitions in the state of Kerala, India to date, solidifies Netrix Worldwide’s intentions on expanding its global reach, creating access to high-end talent, and investing in IT firms that can help bring value to Netrix’s global clients. Earlier in 2017, Netrix Worldwide announced acquisition of NetGlobal Solutions and relocated operations to Pune, India. “Netrix has an amazing team of designers and developers and adding Empressem Tech allows us to expand our reach and scale on demand,” said Matthew Feely, a partner and Netrix creative and digital services practice director. “We work with clients across the world, continuing to expand our teams in APAC is a huge advantage.” Adding Empressem into the Netrix practice supplements its existing application development team with specifically mobile app dev expertise, and introduces augmented application development into the practice.
