CHICAGO – February 22, 2024 – Netrix Global, an award-winning MSSP and MSP, today announced the appointment of Dean Gels as President and CFO. Gels, who previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, brings over 20 years of corporate finance and leadership experience to the role.

Prior to joining Netrix, Gels’ served as CFO for LRN. His work history extends to several high-growth tech companies, including MSA Security and OVHcloud. Earlier in his career, Gels was the VP of Corporate Development at Borderfree (NASDAQ: BRDR) and spent more than a decade as an Investment Banker in the technology sector at RBC Capital Markets. Gels proudly served as an infantry officer in the United States Army in the Pacific theater during his 5-year commitment. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
